Thank you for shopping at Cozy Yarn Corner, your go-to destination for handcrafted, made-to-order crocheted collectibles. We understand that ordering handmade items online can come with questions, so we’ve outlined our straightforward return and refund process below.
1. Order Cancellation & Modifications
Since every piece from Cozy Yarn Corner is handmade to order, we begin production shortly after your purchase to ensure quality and timely delivery. You may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us at meiyacynthia@gmail.com with your order number. After this window, production will have started, and cancellations or changes cannot be accommodated.
2. Return Eligibility
Given the unique, handmade nature of our crocheted products, we only accept returns in the following cases:
- You received an item that is significantly different from the product description or the design you ordered.
- Your item arrived damaged due to shipping error, with clear evidence of manufacturing defects like loose seams or missing components that affect usability.
We do not accept returns for:
- Minor variations in color or stitching that are inherent to handmade items.
- Items that have been used, displayed, or washed after delivery.
- Custom orders that were made per your specific design requests.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps within 7 days of receiving your order:
1. Email us at meiyacynthia@gmail.com with your order number, clear photos/videos of the issue, and a brief description of the problem.
2. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with further instructions, including the official return shipping address if your request is approved.
3. You are responsible for shipping the item back in its original packaging, unless the return is due to our error (in which case we will provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse your shipping cost).
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you may be responsible for any return shipping fees unless the return is our error.
5. Exchanges
We offer direct exchanges only for defective or misrepresented items, subject to stock availability. If you need to exchange an item, follow the return process outlined above and note your request for an exchange in your initial email. If the desired replacement is out of stock, we will issue a full refund instead.
